- Cost on Making a Call: Rate of Friend's Country is applied.
- Cost on Receiving a Call: Rate of Your Country is applied.
*In TONA, Calls are charged by the rate of country where the call is answered
regardless of where the call was dialed from.
*Rates like [Country-Mobile](e.g: Japan-Mobile) are applied if receiver's
phone is mobile phone.
*Rates do not change by caller's phone (Mobile/Landline) used to make a call.
